Maybe so....but if i can't understand them, or them me, and they insist their name is Bob, all bets are off. Flying is enough of a hassle without some guy named Vijay who insists on being called Bob screwing up my reservation because he doesn't totally understand what i am seeking.......as soon as I hear them I insist on being transferred to the USA.
