Quite a few head scratchers that will undoubtedly invite questioning. I'm also guessing this was done before the Indy Combines.

An effort to order all players just makes no sense to me. It's just artificial. For example ask them why Chukwuma Okorafor OT Western Michigan was one spot ahead of Sam Hubbard DE Ohio State and there'd be no credible explanation.

Simply order them within their position groups by giving each prospect a round grade and call it a day. Then your Board quickly comes together by clustering players with the same round grades. This should result in clusters of players with similar skill potential for their position. Who you pull from a cluster then can depend upon the choices relative positional values to your team.
