Ghoolie at the Masters

Ghoolie

Recommended Posts

Not a fan of golf. Yesterday, my wife's slot hostess calls us with an invitation. Hotel night and steak house dinner tomorrow, breakfast, private jet down to Agusta, Escort from the Sherrif's department to Augusta National, a VIP pass with elevated seats on the 18th green, and open bar and food all day. ON TOP OF ALL THAT.................. they encourage you to bring the fattest cigar you can find and smoke away from the gallery. How the hell can you say no to this? Sunday in Agusta............... No cameras allowed? WTF? No autograph seekers allowed? WTF? No yelling or disrupting the golfers? WTF?

What the hell kind of sissy sport this gold business is.

Maybe you guys can tune in and see me on TV. Ghoolie always attracts attention. After all, it is good to be the king.

Is this some kind of euphanism?

Are you saying your wife's vag is so big it needs a hostess to show people around in it?

Very confusing.

Dude,it IS soooooo fahking boring. But again, they tell me that the access passes alone are $3,500 tickets, God only knows what the scalper market is. Add the Casino suite, dinner, breakfast, all day booze and food and a private jet? Up and back all on Sunday? Seriously, I don't get the hub-ub, I really don't. Steeler's Browns tickets would be far more exciting at face value, but given the reaction of other folks, I guess this is a huge thing. In any case, I am going to have a good time, God willing a safe trip.

A lot of our friends tell us this is a bucket list thing. I imagine it will be something to see, but honestly, without the ability to smoke stogies, this would be a hard sell. But jeez, Caesars Entertainment certainly treats Cathy and me like Caesars.

Now, we gamble at a healthy clip, but the misses wins an amount of slot jackpots that would amaze you. She has us giving a SHITLOAD to less fortunate people, and I think the scripture that says the Lord loves a cheerful giver is really alive in her. We really are blessed beyond words. I am going to enjoy the day. Hopefully there will be a lot of hot babes. Sadly, no cameras. Maybe I will see Hue?

I've also heard- no cellphones allowed. Golf is at the level of curling on the entertainment level. The beer is mighty cheap. No DILLY-DILLY either, its not proper.

Yeah, a ticket to the Masters is supposedly a tougher ticket than the Super Bowl.

* BULLSH*T WARNING!? *

A slots "hostess" (waitress?) gives away $3,500 (each?) tickets and private jet, etc. etc. right.  Maybe the ghool will be sitting next to Trump.   Have fun!

Saturday am -  Current stubhub prices for Sunday from $2,995 each two together seats not specified. Private jet, all the other mentioned BS *PRICELESS*

No cameras, cell phones, right well look for you. Oh I do know how comps work, anyone in Vegas should too.

And NOBODY wins big over time at slots, occasional big hits happen but you do not go around helping the less fortunate on slots winnings. (see every reputable stat  there is on the subject)

Winning At Slots - What Are My Odds? (Briefly)

First of all you should know that slot machines, as with many casino games, are a type of game for which there is no “winning strategy” - technically speaking they are a negative equity game, or –EV game for short. Unlike a game such as poker (against real opponents, not vs. the house) where proper application of skill can make a game profitable in the long-term, most casino games are designed to make this impossible.

Further Advice for Playing Slots

Some games do feature a skill bonus round or skill component which can improve your odds. Of course these are also set up so as not to obliterate the house edge, so they aren’t going to be sufficient to give you a real long-term return, but the advice on how to play these rounds offered by the machines should usually be adhered to for maximum benefit.

Finally if you’re playing for fun (really the only reason to play slots), play slowly. You’ll save money.

Well it made my Saturday morning......

Oh big fat cigars? I've been a cigar smoker for 49 years, the last 30+ nothing but premiums, fat doesn't always mean good at all.

Just curious since you mentioned your wife....is she an avid browns fan like yourself?

Do you guys have your little spats, or is she pretty much in agreement with you?

Whats really funny is when one spouse is a browns fan and the other a Steeler fan.

My wife doesn't give a Sheet about sports.

And I've seen some CLE & PIT couples where we're at in NE OHIO.

OH WELL, I wonder if the fool is also going to the Royal Wedding? I'm sure he can get comp tickets and private jet airfare.

Whether or not Ghoolie is going, I dont know. It would be a great opportunity if he is. I enjoy golf, but Augusta looks absolutely gorgeous. I dont know what tickets go for what and the difference, but I heard earlier this week that the AVERAGE price for a ticket was 7700. Double from last year since Woods is playing

For that price I'd rather have an ancient gold coin in mint state shape from Roman or Greek times. At least it retains it's value and would be worth something towards a grandkid's education.

My wife thinks the Browns are the most useless franchise in all of sports. She finds Browns fans to be the most childish, tantrum-prone jackoffs of all fans. She is not a huge sports fan, but she is, God only knows why, a Ghoolie fan. When we first started dating she came to Browns backers Sunday with me, for about 2 years. After about 4 or 5 games she came to see all that is Browns, as being fukcked up. Still, she humored me. She gravitated towards the Steelers, at first because of what she picked up was an illogical, childish, moronic hatred coming from Browns fans. But she liked Cowher, and smashmouth football. Overall, now, the only comments she makes have to do with, "why do you still follow that schitpile?

She is a principal in her firm and has worthwhile things to do with her time, unlike us. LOL.

We hit for$ 322,000 of jackpots in 2016 $195,000 in 2017. We are having a booming start to 2018. If you play $slots machines of $1 or less, yes, you won't win crap.

Gunz,

I have no reason to lie, and I don't. I have been pretty blessed in life. I enjoy sharing good things that happen to me, but I don't gloat about it, and save the " it is good to be the king fun" never have I taken a position of thinking I am all that. As it happens, life has been spectacular in ways I still just can't define.

I am both flattered and humbled by this opportunity. For the doubting Thomas's I will put our slot host, Debra on a video tonight and on the flight tomorrow. She can relay the story about Caesars and this magnificent opportunity. They have complimentary photos inside the place, and I will surely get one for the board. More than anything, I was not bragging, but instead sharing something, that after a year of losing my Mom, my wife losing a brother and a sister, and us having to put 2 dogs down, has been the start of a wonderful almost unbelievable year.

The fact is, my wife and I are fortunate to gamble at a pretty high level, not whales, but.........we wind up with several first class trips to Vegas every year. air and all, (2 already this year) the trip to Agusta tomorrow, a 7 day Alaska Cruise in June, three more comped trips to vegas in Augus, Decemner, and our anniversary (got married in Vegas) over Halloween week.

As it is, Caesars is sending us on a very expensive trip tomorrow. reserved seats on 18? Unbelievable. Even a barbarian like me can't pass that up.

I hope a few folks here enjoy the trip right along with me. Sometimes, people are too intense about football.............that is the entire extent of my schtick, dude.

Have a great weekend. God willing, Cathy and I will, too.

That's where the hate started. Tell me if I'm wrong Ghoolie.

The 70's came along and that sneaky art Modell convinced Art Rooney to join the AFC Central. With the lowly Steelers now in the division, Modell  (and browns fans) thought the Browns would pick up where they left off in the 60's and continue their domination.

Instead it was the Steelers who did the dominating, winning all those Super Bowls, ...The Steeler Dynasty, the national attention.

That just didn't sit right with the browns faithful, that was supposed to be us, the Cleveland Browns, "Gods gift to football", not the Steelers. Those motherfukcing  Squeeler bastards, hate em!!!! Die muthafukcers!!!

Tom-I play the penny and nickel slots for nothing more than the entertainment of all the flashing lights and sounds. I take the amount I am willing to lose and play all day, often coming back with my "winnings", which translated means anything I bring back that I took there to lose but did not.:P It doesn't get me tickets to Augusta, but it does get me "free" rooms.  I've only known one "winner" in my life, my now deceased mother in law. Every time she went she played the quarters and every time she cashed in it was buckets (before the age of the "ticket") full of quarters. Never saw anyone so lucky.

Funniest moment in Vegas was a woman jumping up and down in front of a machine yelling, "I won, I won!!" She was playing a dollar machine so I asked how long it had taken. She said about 4 hours on that machine. So I asked how much she had lost before the hit and her answer was, "Oh about $1600, but I won! I won! I won!" Somehow feminine logic still eludes me.:D

BTW the old axiom in Vegas was that it was the place the $1 slots built. They can now revise that amount upwards since the advent of the multi-dollar machines.

Before you hurt yourself chest pounding, your team still hasn't won the 8 Pro Football Championships the Cleveland Browns won within their first 18 years of existence (46-64).  In fact, 7 of the 8 were already celebrated in the first 10 years.  When you guys were bragging about One for the Thumb - the Cleveland Browns had their sights on One for the Second Thumb.  Isn't that why Pittsburgh needed a Head Coach (Chuck Noll) that got his NFL potty training in Cleveland?   And guess where the Head Coach (Bill Cowher) who replaced Noll got his NFL potty training?  Let's do the math here, what program looked up to the other program more for solutions? If Jed Clampett can find oil - you can get this some day.  And when that day finally arrives, you will see the dynasty in Cleveland never had anything to be envious of in Pittsburgh.

And your creepy flirtation with Ghoolie almost looks like you want him to put on a pulse tight red Santa suit so you can sit on his lap and talk about the first thing that pops up.
