Bortles did very well the last couple of months of the season, but the issue with him is lack of consistency especially given his weapons -- even if they win it will be in spite of him [credit their great FA and drafting on defense] rather than because of him. Teddy got injured and Case stepped in to deliver his "Where The Heck Did That Guy Come From" season..
