They're awaiting sentencing at the same federal court in NY...so yeah, they're gonna be in the same holding facility till their case is adjudicated. El Chapo is going to a "supermax"..where he won't see the outside of his cell except for one hour a day. Why would this be a thing? Once they're sentenced it's off to different detention facilities.
