This is just covering the PCAP's through China.

Every State looked at while I was on had flipped votes.

Some States only had 30 - 40k, while others had > 1M (CA, FL, GA, NY).

 

They were trying to get FL, but there were too many votes - when FL went, that's when they went to shutting down the vote counting in States. 

 

Just on the PCAP numbers, AZ, GA, MI, and NV are flipped, I never saw MN, PA, or WI.

 

The dead voters, fake votes, etc are not even addressed here, but just the above is enough to decertify the Election - should flip it, but decertify is first.
