This was towards the end. This is the guy that broke the Hunter Biden Laptop(s) info, and has been working with Bannon and Giuliani. The Ambulance looks more like a service vehicle or Paddy wagon - look when it turns, awful short service area for an Ambulance. Lights are Blue in back, and I don't see any identifying lettering on it. All happened within about a day of the Gen McInerney Treason revelation (that's gonna snag a ton of people).
