The three people who actually started it as a joke admitted it last year. They all ran some conspiracy YouTube channels for idiots and were trying to monetize them. Watkins screwed up and let his IP address become visible last month. Tulsi I would be very cautious with. While she presents as being reasonable/normal, folk from Hawaii say she is bad news. She has been very under the Radar for that last few months (somewhat of a Red flag to me), so I haven't really followed up on her since she left the stage. If she comes back into the picture, I'd suggest some heavy research into her before granting her credibility. Like Whitmer, she's a pretty face, but may well be a lunatic.
