It's hard to imagine any coach surviving when winning only one game in two years. He knows that. He wants to remain a head coach in the NFL. Mark O
I believe the head coach is holding this team back from being better. At least a couple of wins to this point in the season better. He's just not a good Head Coach. The sooner the FO realizes this, the sooner the team can start to actually progress forward. Not buying it Paul...Crow 24 (4 yrs), Duke 24 (3 yrs), Dayes 23 (rookie), & Vitale 24 (2 yrs). The closest to establishing any success would be Duke (but he's not getting near enough touches). The elder statesman is Crow & he is hardly consistent. I will say the RB room is the MOST experienced, but still insufficient IMHO. Mike

And I somewhat agree with the premise of the title of the thread. Maybe not better than 25 teams....but better than maybe half the teams. Problem with this talent: age/experience, poor coaching, bad culture set by the FO and ownership....oh yes...and its the fans....its all the fans fault. Its the fans fault that the Browns are terrible....just like stupid steeler fans think that they are the reason that team wins.

Even if it isn't in the top half talent wise.....I am of the opinion that it is at least basically on par with the likes of the Ravens and Bengals. I am simply saying that the team is playing far below its talent level.....and the question is: why? Again, inexperience IS part of it, but by no means likely the majority of it. If so, he has to win 2 out of the next three to merely equal the Yuckaneer's record of futility over two seasons. I'm betting he'll surpass it.
