Broken record Ghoolie.............Hue should have been fired at the first quarter of his first preseason game. The Browns are no better off now than they were when Hue was hired. If you guys want to go down the list item-by-item and discus his failures, knock yourself out.

If the only reason you can come up with to defend keeping him is, "I don't want to start over", then you are a nincompoop. Stay with a cheating wife because you don't want to start over? Stay with a dentist who keeps drilling the wrong teeth because you don't want to find anew dentist. Same thing, stupidity.

How long has Cinci stuck with Lewis? How is that working out for them? Consistency? Consistency only has value when the things you are doing are worth repeating. Only a coward or a jackoff advocates for sticking with Hue, out of fear of starting over. Jesus,Joseph and Mary, this fauking Hue guy is never going to amount to jack schidt. He needed to be fired 2 years ago during the first pre-season game.

^^^^^  Take a bow Tom, you saw what Hueless was from the get-go.

The players said Kizer changed to the play to the sneak. Kizer made the call. I have no idea why, there is nothing in the way the Lions lined up for that play that would make you thing changing to the sneak would work. Hue taking ownership is what a coach does publicly to protect players, especially a rookie QB. In the locker I am sure they are discussing why that was a stupid decision.

Then why did Johnson violently spike his helmet?

If you want to blame Hue for a decision, just pick a clear decision he made....

... like leaving Kessler in to throw the deep ball "to" Treggs when Kizer was cleared, warmed up and ready to go.

Well it looks like Hue will have to answer the question about that call tomorrow seeing as more that a few players told the media what really happened.

It was because of the delay of game the Lions provoked. He may have thought they could have another play...

That was my take as well. He was mad at the clock, not the play.

I blame the refs. Stopping the browns flow by not knowing what down it was. Also 12sec to reset from a QB sneak is not impossible but when a Lions player is laying down on top of a browns lineman for 5-7 sec a flag should have been thrown and time should have been stopped.

Or at least stop the clock until the players are free. But as we know we should not have been in the position that what took place actually happened. Shame on us.

DUMBEST Shmucking PLAY CALL EVER WHY WOULD YOU RUN A SNEAK WITH NO TIMEOUTS, AND ONLY :12 Shmucking SECONDS LEFT!?!!?!?!!?!?

I Swear this team just finds way to lose on purpose....

That last drive before the end of the half was inexcusable!! Should have at least got 3 out of it!

I like how they responded, they didn't give up but maaan..

Botching that drive really screwed the pooch in this one.. And our defense playing shitty against the run

I can't defend Hue after that play. I felt like we purposely blew that play to show the world that we take this losing Sheet serious. And all I did was laugh because it's beyond getting mad. Even when we play good we QB sneak with no timeouts.

None it was a sneak with 15 sec left. Bad call yes but plenty of time to spike the ball and kick a field goal. Watch the video. I've seen browns be flagged before for the exact same thing that Lions player did.

I thought it was a terrible call. I also thought there was no sense of urgency among many of the Browns after the play.

Because Lions player was laying on top of them. It was a bad call but the refs helped screw that situation up. When was the last time play got stopped with 15 seconds left because refs didn't know what phucking down it was??

I didn't like the call for sure but there was plenty of time to spike the ball. Duke Johnson knew that the defense was delaying game

I would have liked to have seen some of the Browns players pulling up the Lions players who were deliberately flopping on the ground. I also think the refs should have called a penalty on Detroit for what they did.  The Browns could have gotten at least a couple of passes in the end zone though and with no time outs the QB sneak was too risky. It wasn't like we were inches from the goal but a couple of yards out. We ended up with no points and at the minimum should have gotten a field goal.

I haven't seen that penalty called in any game to the defense, and almost every team does sit on offensive players when they're in hurry up.

Pretty obvious delay of game by the Lions should have been called but again I didn't see the sense of urgency by many of the the Browns like they should have had after the play. When they saw a team mate being held down why weren't they yanking the Lions player off him? Even if they get a penalty for fighting wouldn't it have stopped the clock?

If they did that and got a penalty, that penalty would mean a 10 second runoff, and end of the first half. But I agree they should have tried...

How about calling our last time out with a minute or more left for no reason?   He still doesn't understand basic clock management.

& how about letting it run down to 2:00 to get the free time out, instead of hurrying up to run a play?

We all have questions about the game, As for me I would like to know how we were playing decent to have a 10 point lead then give up 17 straight, claw back and get a 7 point lead again and then lost it LOST IT BAD. I hate to blame refs but lets face it hey did not help matters. but our game play in general, it looked as if our players looked lost at times or confused..........We WERE playing decent and then POOF we lost the magic pixie dust. BTW The Refs sure the hell made sure Pisspuke won yesterday.
