If he was indigent, as in, homeless, stone broke, poverty stricken etc...where did he get the money to go buy that stuff in a store? C. Per "B."... where did he learn how to build this bomb? D. Where did he get access to steal the ammonium nitrate, etc? That fertilizer is very highly restricted. E. It sounds like a third party bribed him to go through with it, and the indigent guy did, except he didn't arm the device on purpose. He didn't do all this alone, I think.
