We're Number One!

Yeah thats a gregg wiliams D. Unfortunately our DE's necessitate blitz's where he'd prob rather just rush 4. And ofc blitzers are primary targets because nobodys like omg i have to watch out for these browns edge rushers. Our edge rushers are not shown much respect by opposing o lines

3rd ranked rushing defense in the NFL. Gotta get that passing defense number up.

It's a start.      I'll beat this point to death - the step to becoming a good/great defense is to limit the opponents run game and make them more one dimensional.

For all my complaints the Brownies have take a huge step forward in this area and I give a ton of credit to Coach Williams.    Of course it also helps with all the bodies dedicated to attacking the offense and being near the LOS.

But I thought everyone sucked and we weren’t improved at all?

The 0 - 5 team is a couple of plays away from 3 - 2.

Exactly.

The defense has improved is not the problem.

Balt had the ball approximately 8 minutes more than Cleveland

Indy had the ball approximately 8 minutes more than Cleveland

Cinci had the ball 10 minutes more than Cleveland.

The time it took for Browns 4 TD drives in the Indy game?

(1) 2:02

(2) 2:14

(3)1:52

(4) 2:01 = 8:09.

You can look at the record and think that. The Browns led in almost ever category in the Jets game. 419 yards of offense,
