Though, I guess, to be honest with you, this would say a lot about the state of the Steelers backfield....if they are willing to take on a guy who has not played much the last couple of years because of injury, and who appears to clearly have diminished skills....as the whole observation here has been that he has been getting burned consistently. Regarding Haden- it dawned on me what happened. assuming Joe and his booger agent Rosenhaus met with Sashi last week, it probably went like this.... It may be one thing if contract offers are close to equal...then you say "no, I will go with team X that won't compete with the team I just left". But here?
