Oldcrow1945 Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 There hasn't been a lot of talk on this board about Matt Stafford as I think most of us believe he's not part of the Brown's future. But as the Quinn rumors continue to float around I thought it would be fun to take a look at him. This 8 minute film tells a lot. He obviously does not get stuck on his primary. He looks over the whole field. He looks much more comfortable in the shotgun Never has happy feet and normally sets his feet well. Although at times he will throw off of his back foot as he does at 5:45 and again at 5:58 At 1:51 he throws a 53 yard pass with no effort and hits his WR perfectly in stride. Really nice stuff. He really moves well. At 2:32 he runs from deep in his own end zone and makes a great run out of it. I love his ablity to remain in control and make the throw while on the run.
