gftChris
Hypothetical situation: If you were to make a team of current NFL players, for each of the top 16 (ish?) colleges in the nation, and have a bowl playoff, which team would come out on top? This isn't to say which college team is the best, because it'd probably be Alabama for their consistency, but they don't necessarily produce the best QBs/RBs etc. And other colleges that don't necessarily have a dominant college team but produce 2-3 high quality NFL players each year might do a lot better. Who's your money on?
gftChris
Or maybe doing it by state would be better - would the deep south states dominate?
The Gipper
So, let me get what you are asking: You want to make up a team of all current NFL players that came from the same school, and have them play off against another team made of Pros that came from another school. Interesting....and difficult to say. I still think the team with the best QB would probably be the most trouble in that kind of tournament. (and there you go Woody....a little something to make you happy.....that team with the current best Pro QB would be Michigan)
gftChris
Basically, yeah. Stanford would presumably be decent as well as the california colleges.
MLD Woody
If we went back a few years (Hutchinson still playing, etc), you could make a strong case for Michigan. Over the last few years, with RRodd scheme and a drop off with Hoke, we'd be pretty light I used to be able to make a full "Michigan team" in madden. Not anymore.
