Send the police in wearing Izod shirts and khaki shorts. Really? And you seem to justify violent crime because you feel there is racism. Why do you suppose racial profiling exist? And you don't like Rush Limbaugh because people have told you he represents one side. In this particular case what is the other side? Can you make the case for destroying the community? Jim Crow? Slavery? You think that the police wearing riot gear is the cause of the trouble? What else would you wear to a riot? Or maybe the cause of the trouble was a criminal who robbed the store attacked the owner and then the police officer. I'm sure you would not be outraged were it a skinhead who attacked a black store owner and a black police officer and was shot. Perhaps you never meant that you believed the Salt Lake City officer was on the right track. It did seem that way since you posted his quote. You did complain about Rush Limbaugh who, to my knowledge, has never led a march. You did decry what you feel to be racism within the police force there. You did, if I recall correctly, complain about racial profiling. You have blamed much of the problems between the races on jim crow and slavery have you not? If I'm incorrect in any of these assumptions feel free to set me straight. I remember years ago watching an interview with Geraldo Rivera he spoke of his father as the family watched news stories with obviously Hispanic criminals. Geraldo is father would become angry and say he certainly hoped they weren't Puerto Ricans. I would be pissed off if these were the people [Ferguson rioters] representing the race that I belong to. Aside from that we don't know all the facts from this case, but the very fact that the national news media and the White House use a piece of shit like al Sharpton as a liaison..... you can insert your own epithet.
