Professional athletes, not unlike many other celebrity stations in life, are often treated with kid gloves since they are children.

Rarely will anyone tell you you are doing something wrong because you are gifted in one sense or another.

That's how some players get through college and onto a professional team without being able to read.

I used to smoke weed, and of my circle of friends I knew who also smoked, the only people who COULD NOT stop smoking weed were the ones who we're smoking blunts. I always assumed it was because of the mix of weed and tobacco, the tobacco made you addicted. But the only way you get a tobacco fix is through smoking blunts full of weed. Unless you start cigarettes but most heavy weed smokers that I know wouldn't touch cigarettes with a 10 foot pole.

The more that time goes on, the more comfortable I become with this situation. They are going to find players (not player) to fill the void. One or more of these UDFA is going to show something, some guys already on the roster are going to show something, and I have a feeling Farmer is going to bring in a player after he has had time to sift through all the rookies.
