If it's ignoring a medical professional's orders, then yes (along the lines of the legislation they're trying to pass regarding second hand smoke culpability). Speaking of, Crossfitters in particular are known for eschewing common medical guidelines. Their mascot is Rhabdo Clown (for rhabdomyolysis - destruction of muscle tissue due to over exertion). The heart begins beating at day 22. (Early cardiac muscle cells can be cultured and beat on their own. They can beat in unison if connected) The sex is determined at conception.
