We Remember this mostly from the movie V for Vendetta, but this is known as the Gunpowder Plot, Guy Fawkes Night (also known as Bonfire Night, Cracker Night, Fireworks Night)

The Gunpowder Conspiracy of 1605, or the Powder Treason or Gunpowder Plot, as it was known at the time,[1] was a failed assassination attempt by a group of provincial English Catholics against King James I of England and VI of Scotland. The plot intended to kill the king, his family, and most of the Protestant aristocracy in a single attack by blowing up the Houses of Parliament during the State Opening on 5 November 1605. The conspirators had also planned to abduct the royal children, not present in Parliament, and incite a popular revolt in the Midlands.

this was supposed to take place upon the 3rd of November but is celebrated on the 5th of November.

Question: Will we see an Historical event here in the US on the eve of the election or on the day after?

what would you speculate?

A terrorist plot?

Remember the plot wasn't even Fawkes' idea he was just the sap who got caught! The main perpetrators got away. Mainly due to the small pox epidemic the house of Parliment was delayed opening for a year.

If hell freezes over and Obama wins, that mask will be the hottest thing out there - even when it isn't Halloween.

They tried to have a Michelle Obumbly costume sale, but even adults, as well as the children, were frightened to buy it.

They tried to market a Buttock Obumbly costume for Halloween, but adults and children were grossed out and frightened -

whenever they tried it on

liberal socialists kept grabbing at their feet to wash them.

But Palin costumes were all the rage. Everybody thinks they are great fun. Even libs, but the socialists wouldn't admit it.

I just found out that friends want my advice on buying guns.

They have never owned one before either.

Really bad. They only want to protect their families from Obama's brownshirts and race rioters.

There already have been three breakins across town a few weeks ago.

Any excuse is a good excuse to them.
