Seriously, is that the best dirt they can dig up on Khalidi? That he gave a speech 10 years ago in which he said that corruption and influence-peddling play a role in determining US foreign policy?

Those of you who talk about the New World Order stuff are way more radical than this guy.

Knowing that these sick, demented loons are nothing more than the vocal minority helps me sleep at night.

Well that, and living in a controlled-access building.

I'm curious, T, if you could tell me when the Palestinian Army surrendered to the Israelis. Or when their air force went toe-to-toe with the IAF.

And it's undoubtedly true that some Palestinians have committed gruesome acts of terrorism and violence. However, I don't see how that requires all Palestinians be imprisoned.

The timeline T posted above reinforces my point. It's not accurate to say that the Palestinians lost a conventional war against the Israelis.

That's not to say that the Palestinians haven't committed terrible crimes & made serious tactical errors. In fact, Khalidi's written about the mistakes he think the Palestinian leadership, both past and present, has made.

I still don't get why Khalidi's such a bad guy. Even hardcore zionists like Marty Peretz praise the guy.
