This was in the paper the other day. I apologize if it has already been posted.

Browns linebacker Willie McGinist, who might be retiring after 15 seasons, served as a player

correspondent on the NFL Network GameDay Morning show and commented on the

team's (Browns) coaching search.

"Whatever coach comes into that system is going to have to crack the whip and get

them organized. There's a lot of talent on that team, you just have to put it all

together," McGinist said.

What??? The Browns NOT organized. How dare he!!!! Just look at clock management,

playing the playmakers, lack of penalties, committing to a QB,...... Whoops, maybe he

IS right...........

Probably one of the things Mangini has a rep for doing....Romeo was a little too soft on those matters IMO.

Thanks it was new news to me..:)

Glad to hear one of them finally say what most of the serious players had to be thinking all along and what most of us knew all along about romeo and his merry faggot crew..mangini would fit nicely here as long as the new gm isnt allowed to be a game control freak like savage...

A fair but firm ruleset that says you give it your all and play for your pay or you sit on the wood until redeemed or replaced your call buddy..

we need a coach who dose not need to get all hopped up on viagra to get it on. one who has plenty of testosterone. in other words a coach with balls.

That's exactly how Mangini coaches. When he first got to NY he was accused of being to tuff, especially by their pampered veterans. There were some problems. He backed off a bit, learning from his initial camp and season. I remember the same type of stuff when Belichick got here and when Coughlin got to the Giants.

This year players praised him for being firm but treating everyone the same. No double standards, same rules for everyone.
