Question About Next Year's Schedule

Am I thinking about this right?

 

This year we played the NFC East

Last year we played the NFC West

Next year we will play either the NFC North or South - anyone remember which division we played 2 years ago?

 

How bout for the AFC

This year we played the AFC South

Last year we played the AFC East

Next year we will play the AFC West?

 

I live in Dallas and am thinking about possible road trips to Kansas City, or New Orleans

 

Everything else is so freaking far except Houston and I've already seen us down there.

 

Actually KC and NO are pretty far too but not impossible for a weekend trip.

2 years ago we played the NFC South, so we've got the NFC North on the schedule next season

The schedule is announced at to who we play years in advance except for 2 games, which is determined by record...the dates aren't released until later.

 

Next year we play the NFC Central and the AFC West

Judging by what our final record may look like, we'll probably get teams like JAX/HOU/BUF/MIA as our other two games.

 

So we'll have:

 

PIT x2

CIN x2

BAL x2

DEN

SD

KC

OAK

DET

CHI

MIN

GB

And based upon our 3rd-place AFCN finish, probably: MIA and HOU

 

Based on this year's strength, not bad.
