The personal testimony of a girl that couldn't provide enough evidence to convict Big Ben of said rape. I don't think it was just an issue of evidence. I think that she could have pressed forward successfully but that she and her family didn't want to testify. What would've happened to that girl would be that Ben's lawyers would attack her (the victim) and she and her family didn't want that. Most victims just aren't brave enough especially against the well-known defendant. Go to The Smoking Gun sometime and read Kobe Bryant's statement to the cops. Talk about a celeb trying to use his fame to get out of trouble. You can tell the guy was scared out of his mind.
