Is Brissett really that much better than Walker?
Briskett might not have won us the game in Seattle, but I don't think he would've lost it for us, either. PJ made horrible throwing decisions all throughout the game.

I actually agree with you to a point. But when you're talking about moderation, that's just it. Americans don't know what moderation is. Every person I knew who did the same things I did was either a full blown alcoholic or a pothead, or both. I considered myself a social drinker and smoker but even then there were times where I just went away too far.

One thing to consider if you have a medical MJ card in ohio (or smoke weed )The short answer is no. Despite Ohio's medical marijuana program and the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution's right to bear arms, having a medical card for marijuana makes it illegal to own, purchase, or possess a firearm or ammunition under federal law.
You can actually get sent to prison if you do. Just an FYI.
I believe you're referring to 18 U.S. Code § 922(g)(3). This just recently got overturned by the 5th Circuit Court:
Reason: 5th Circuit Says Prosecuting a Cannabis Consumer for Possessing Guns Violated the Second Amendment
This pro-2nd Amendment lawyer does a good breakdown of the case and its implications:
The 5th Circuit Court ruled that prohibiting individuals who use cannabis from owning or possessing firearms violated the 2nd Amendment and is unconstitutional. And if the government appeals this case to the US Supreme Court, it is likely that the Court will uphold the ruling of it being unconstitutional.

the palestinians/arabic haters did. They refused to have a state, they demanded the Jews not have one, they refused to have their state next to Jews, so they screwed themselves over.
The modern state of Israel came into existence via a UN mandate. A mandate in which land was taken away from people who were already living there and had been living there for generations to be divided up into a brand new state for the Jewish diaspora.
It would be akin to the UN creating a mandate to take the northeastern part of Ohio to create a nation state for the illegal immigrants coming up from Mexico and telling the existing people living there that their land was not theirs anymore and telling them to leave.

Old Testament superseded by the New Testament.
That's religious moral relativism.
Slavery in America was superseded by the 13th amendment, but that doesn't magically make the atrocities suffered by people under slavery disappear as well.

Little warped there I think, you have one violent group attacking a defending state that has all rights to it's land.
One question: who determined that either the Israelis or Palestinians have those rights to the land?

...Show me where the Israelis burned babies alive in their cribs, beheaded babies, raped and murdered men, women and children, shooting children down in front of their parents, committing surprise unlimited mass murder worse in history except for the Holocaust.
Read pretty much the entire Old Testament, if we're conflating Israeli's with Jews.

They are getting blasted by the team we walked over last week.
I live in Cincinnati.
Can confirm Bengals fans are losing their minds.

I think it's about this time of the season most Browns fans become alcoholics. You get that glimmer of hope then the cold harsh reality sets in.

Worst 1st time Browns QB in 20+ years... ?
Manziel and Kizer come to mind as being worse.
DTR will be fine eventually, I think. He needs the Jordan Love treatment and just sit and learn until Watson's contract is up. He was put into a shit situation today.
Also, it doesn't help him any with Stefanski absolutely refusing to relinquish his play calling duties on offense.
Stefanski needs to call the offense like I need cancer in my nutsack.

Preseason made a lot of you guys think that DTR wasn't still a VERY raw rookie. And there were some of you calling for him to start.
.... something something, what you wish for.
Anyone who thought DTR would be better than Watson out of the gate eats paint chips and fucks their sisters.

...I own two Browns jerseys, both Nick Chubbs. I was thinking about him today and I've been following this team since the end of the Rutigliano years, and I think Nick Chubb might be the most universally liked and respected Browns player I've ever seen, maybe even more than Bernie or Joe Thomas, or at least at their level.
You're lucky that you got to experience the original Browns team. I signed on after they came back and the number of players from this era that I'd even consider buying a jersey of is slim:
- Joe Thomas
- Nick Chubb
- Myles Garrett
- Josh Cribbs
- Phil Dawson

If I am immature for have some feelings about seeing the Browns lose, then I am okay with it.
What happened tonight was a mugging. We saw a team with lesser talent beat up better players.
A lot of us are ready to fire and cut everyone in the path of our wrath.
Me? I have never run a football team so I am only.going to comment on what I saw.
* DeShaun Watson just doesn't look impressive
- Agreed. Dude looked like straight up cheeks tonight.
* The Browns defense is, for all intents and purposes, the 2022 version. This is not a disruptive defense, but to me, a stop the bleeding one. Bend and then break.
- Dunno about this one. The defense under Schwartz looks leaps and bounds above Joe Woods system. Any defense would wear down if they couldn't stay off the field because their teammates on offense keep throwing them under the bus.
* The team remains as undisciplined as ever.
- Blame Kevin
* The play calling struck me as mondo bizarro. A lot of wasted 1st down calls running in to 8 in the box, and a shitload of low probability throws to the sidelines....out of bounds.
- Blame Kevin. Possibly look into sending Haslam over Niagara Falls in a barrel for him pulling a Leroy Jenkins for every QB that takes his fancy.
I have no fucking clue how to fix this but it seems to be a recurring nightmare for us.
- Your guess is as good as mine. This team is as cursed as a nude pic of Nancy Pelosi.

I'm sure Hunt will be getting a call soon...
Honestly, I'd hang up the phone on the Browns if I was Hunt. If I wasn't good enough to keep, then I'm not good enough to come back.

Well kids..
You all know I was not a fan of this trade.. And as I feared.. We got duped again... Deshaun Watson will never be a pocket QB.. He's just another gadget QB who simply does not make anyone around him better.. He looked lost.. Confused.. And was holding on to the ball way too long.. He cost the team a win by producing Two facemask penalties, one interception and two fumbles... This falls on our shit QB Mr.Peepee! I have never heard of a QB getting two face mask penalty calls in a single game.. This is an embarrassment... Jimmy... I implore you.. Cut the chord with Kevvy and this garbage QB... Fans deserve better than this shit!
Signed, Disgruntled fan in Cle!
I think more of the blame should go on Jimmy Haslam and his absolute refusal to acknowledge that he sucks at talent evaluation. He brought in Manziel over his front office's objections; it wouldn't surprise me to find out he was the main driver behind bringing in Watson on that god awful contract.
Haslam needs to be loaded into a cannon and sent into orbit.

Poor Will Benson, had a great spring training to make the big-team roster, goes 1-20 with 12 strikeouts with Reds, demoted back to the minors.
As a lifelong Reds fan, I appreciate the other Ohio team shipping us Benson. Dude looks to be a solid player for us the next couple of years

I think this post, and the Pol board in general, prove the opposite.
If liberals/Leftists/progs, etc, didn't exist, then you'd just be screaming into the void by your lonesome.

Good thing the CIA, DOJ or our government never lies about anything.

Again, this was based on a statute that was just recently ruled unconstitutional. Unless and until the Supreme Court decides otherwise, it's legal to own a gun and while in possession of marijuana.
