Sorry but that isn’t my definition of independence. Taking it one step further, I’d rather purchase a limited resource and stockpile our own but that’s just me.

I’m Kentucky bond has to be set. I think that is a bad law but it’s a law nonetheless so the real issue is changing the law or even the amount was set too low but not with someone paying it.
