Not on board with this one...

I would hope any leader would welcome their constituents fact checking their points to reinforce all the truth that’s being disseminated
  2. It’s a broken system when either party is in charge. The separation of powers fade with each passing election.

New CDC estimate .0026 death rate

Agreed. This was new for this country so let’s hope this is a lesson learned.
  4. As she should, it’s a stupid, disgusting, thing to say.
  5. This is ugly even for you and that’s saying something.

I agree if people were smart enough to stay put. As we all know there are many who don’t believe anything is necessary and would not stop from driving 2 hours to a “safer zone” to get a haircut, go to a bar, etc. The little Jimmy point is taken but delivering groceries is more essential than going to the club. I maybe naive to believe Americans are smart enough to weigh activities vs possible outcomes. I’m lucky enough to be working through this pandemic but my employer has modified how we do business to provide services and reduce the risk of communicating the disease. Once again we are dealing with a complex issue in this country and too many people view it as binary.
  7. So Americans can’t be bothered to go out and vote but they are going to buck that trend to vote illegally... makes sense. The demographic that votes the most are white Christian Americans so at least we know who to watch out for.

Hyperbole aside, the unique part is no treatment that proves to be effective for those in grave danger. The numbers suggest once on a ventilator your odds of come off alive are 1 in 5.

Absolutely. My in-laws are both in their 80s and my father is 70. That shapes my perspective. Unfortunately there is no way to keep those that are most susceptible in a bubble as they need food, toiletries, etc.. So all of us who are not at risk of death become the carrier that infects those that are at risk. This is a very unique situation and thankfully the economics haven’t outweighed the health concerns for me to this point.

    Decent take on the panic

US compared to Sweden, ok. How do we compare in life expectancies, mortality rates and pretty much every health related metric? Unfortunately we will never know what the country would’ve looked like had we simply just banned gatherings of 50 or more. On the broader scope of fear mongering and using it to herd the masses. The playbook has been utilizing fear to get people in line for the better part of my life.

I’m less concerned about the death rate than total number of deaths. 100,000 in 5 months is significant for me considering all the measures taken to prevent he spread and death. Unfortunately the human condition is such that we view the world from a self-centered perspective, myself included before everyone gets all worked up. We weigh what affects us more than what affects others.

    Andy Dalton Released

At the right price wouldn’t mind seeing him as a backup to Baker
  18. Dude these are crackpots you’re quoting. Religious zealots who are simply stating rumor and conjecture without facts. Please post a link from a credible medical source that backs up your Facebook and Twitter copy and pastes. I hope your spreading misinformation to be annoying and not truly believing this nonsense

Thought he looked weak but it maybe his height. He’s got speed but see him more as a DB and less of a safety. To me the opposite of Peppers

Early on he struggled to make a real impact on a lackluster DL. Last year there was a bit of fatigue because he was featured much more.

    Jed Wills

There are some who think he may have mental lapses where his effort isn’t always there and that can be dangerous if he is lined up vs the opposing team’s top rusher. Baker doesn’t seem thrive when he feels the heat. But I really have no clue. The games I watched I was more paying attention to the offense scoring than the nuances of the line. I’m hoping he is the anchor on the left and Conklin holds down the right. Last season Baker was subpar and I thought a lot had to do with OL play

Watched Gallimore at OU and I wasn’t overly impressed with his total play. He had flashes but wasn’t a sustained contributor. Also seemed to have a lot of near miss backfield tackles. I’m typically a Sooner guy but I wouldn’t look ahead of 115
