Over the course of the night, the house always wins even if you walk away a winner. People do have to win, or nobody would go. A few rules when gambling. Set your budget and stick to it. Stay inside your comfort zone. Once you get past that, it isn't fun. My comfort zone is $300 a night, between the two of us. I view it as entertainment since I don't go to Vegas all that often anymore. When I first get there I place $300 in to 2-3 envelops, 1 for each night. All betting money comes from the envelope, nothing from the wallet. At the end of the night, any money left stays in the envelope and doesn't become more money for the next day. The biggest rule is NEVER try to win back money lost. You can never win your money, you can only win house money, and they win more often.

https://www.foxnews.com/us/nyc-union-declares-war-on-mayor “Mayor De Blasio, the members of the NYPD are declaring war on you!” the Sergeants Benevolent Association wrote in a tweet. “We do not respect you, DO NOT visit us in hospitals. You sold the NYPD to the vile creatures, the 1% who hate cops but vote for you. “NYPD cops have been assassinated because of you,” the tweet added. “This isn’t over, Game on!”

Well in just looking at the NFL HOF: Schools with the most Hall of Famers Notre Dame (13)Southern California (12)Michigan (10)Ohio State (10)Miami - Florida (9)Alabama (8)Pittsburgh (8)Syracuse (8)Minnesota (7)Illinois (6) But when you look at the who and when:. George Allen* , Dan Dierdorf , Len Ford* , Benny Friedman , Bill Hewitt , Elroy Hirsch* , Steve Hutchinson , Ty Law , Tom Mack , Ralph Wilson, Jr. Compared to USC for example: Marcus Allen , Morris (Red) Badgro , Frank Gifford , Ronnie Lott , Bruce Matthews , Ron Mix , Anthony Muñoz , Junior Seau , O.J. One of my sister cats, Kashmir, was so dog-like that I would wad up a sheet of notebook paper, toss it across the tile floor and she would chase it all over batting it everywhere and then pick it up in her mouth, bring it back to me and drop it there while getting in her "springing" stanch awaiting another toss. She was what they call a mitted seal point. This one looks very much like her when she was "middle-aged". https://images.search.yahoo.com/yhs/search?p=mitted+seal+point+ragdoll&fr=yhs-symantec-ext_onb&hspart=symantec&hsimp=yhs-ext_onb&imgurl=http%3A%2F%2F33oezn10chdvlfeziep11ae7.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2014%2F11%2FSeal-Mitted-with-a-Blaze-Ragdoll-Cat-Bradley-Al-Morgan-Ashton-Age-3-16-lbs.jpg#id=9&iurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ragdollqueen.com%2Fen%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2Fsites%2F2%2F2015%2F10%2Fragdoll-mitted-1.jpg&action=click

I listened to Bernie Sanders the other day and if one didn't know basic economics or our capitalistic system he would sound good. I know his polices if implemented would destroy our economy. Remember too all the corp and businesses he will raise taxes on they will not absorb those taxes but pass those on to consumers. Then there will be the higher payroll taxes you personally will be paying and what other taxes there will be. They will be huge because the costs of the green new deal, medicare for all and free college are going to be astronomical. There is no free lunch or free anything...Somebody has to foot the bill The problem with socialism is always "there is not enough of other people's money to go around". At best with socialism you get shared misery and capitalism has proven to provide the highest standard of living. At one time (Bread line) Bernie was touting Venezuela as the "American dream". https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/campaigns/sanders-distances-himself-from-2011-editorial-on-his-senate-website-praising-the-american-dream-in-venezuela

I'm sure you know Himalayans are a cross between Persians and Siamese. Thankfully, Norman takes after his quiet Persian ancestors. Unfortunately, his obnoxious rescue brother that we got from Sue's niece- Meowey takes to the vocal Siamese side. Norman's "official" himalayan name I gave him is Norman Namcha Barwa. Nanga Parbat just didn't work for me. If he had been a girl he would have been Nuptse or NandaDevi. Meow was originally Mallory- after George "why climb Everest because it's there" Mallory. But he soon became Meowey- and then Mao. Because that's all he does. Some people say Himalayans are dumb cats. Norman isn't exactly Einstein- but Meow is about the most brain damaged cat I've ever seen. PS since I'm on a Himalayan naming kick- it's about damn time for the world to recognize- as the United States did with reverting the USGS name "Mount McKinley" to it's rightful native name Denali. Ditto for the world to start calling Mount Everest Chomolungma or Sagarmatha. Insulting to the locals that the two neighboring peaks- one of which is damn near as high- Lhotse, and Nuptse never got the British treatment. For those who don't know George Everest was a British surveyor who correctly determined 29,000' was the high point on Earth. The Nepalese knew it was "The Mother Sky Goddess" long before he ever showed up.

Outside of a few teams with bad QB play, the XFL has been great. Already better than the AAF

Good move Saving your early Studies ... What this draft really needs, is a combine to stop seeing guys like Quin Cephus going 6th round from draftek, when CBS has Cephus going borderline 2nd/3rd round..I rarely agree with CBS, but agree with them on Cephus.. Your also correct on where to look..Am mostly seeing boards that are loaded with 2nd and 3rd round good talent that can be had.. We have no 5th but we have two 3rd round picks.. We could sell the tender on Hunt for another 2nd or 3rd? And the 4th, 6th & two 7th rounders may give us some ammo to get back up into the 3rd or 4th, with maybe a traded player attached as well? I'd feel pretty good with 5-6 draftees coming from anywhere mid 4th round and higher.. If we get anything from this draft? Were going to learn a lot from this rookie 32 year old GM come pick 10.. Lineman for the County? Trade? or BPA at any position? 🍿

... I've explained this dozens of times but I'll try again If your response to my post is just you putting words in my mouth, making it seem like I tried to make a point I never did, it isn't worth a response. That immediately skews the conversation into me having to explain why I don't support a point I never did. It starts off we me having to climb out of the logical fallacy hole you dug. You do this all of the time. It's a blatant tactic you constant use and it just removes the need for any kind of back and forth.

US versus them right Woody? Just take away somebody else's dough and everything will be great. Hey, I wonder if we should surgically make people that are 6 foot 4 only five foot ten? You know just to be fair and all... 🙆‍♂️ WSS

Eco 101 in a recession there is a whole lot of demand for things but that doesn't equal economic growth or job creation. So I'm not buying demand alone will create jobs. Purchasing power comes into play. Yes wealthy people are the true job creators and not the govt or the poor.

For most blue collars, a few hundred here or there are nice... but the thousands that could be saved by addressing health care and educational costs would be more of an economic relief. You speak of growing a depleted military - check out the numbers on what has happened to the middle class the past 35 years. Imagine the economic boom if wages had kept up the past 20 years. Also, to be clear since it is econ 101, wealthy people in and of themselves don't create jobs - demand does. Microsoft can sit on their empire of billions, but lets pretend that tomorrow Windows was replaced with a different OS which becomes industry standard. Demand for their product and its support shrinks, their work-force, software engineers, design teams, support staff, administration... all of it, cut immensely. Company and stock is immediately and sharply de-valued and their employment rate is cut nearly 50%. Despite having one of the wealthiest men in the world as a founder, solid share prices and executive leadership all whom are of wealth... wouldn't make much of a difference. Demand is priority 1. If your product isn't wanted or needed, your personal fortunate won't account for jackshit.

If Georgia's Thomas is still there @ #10 I think we pick him. But if they are just as high on Jones, a trade down at this point seems reasonable. However, the combine will sort a lot of this out. Right now Jones looks to be around #18-26. That can change with the combine. EDIT: All things being equal I take the SEC OT before the American Conf. OT 7 days a week. Level of players across the LOS is far different and much closer to NFL DLs.

Thanks for doing your research and putting that together Cal! Looks like a nice blend of needs. I don't really want us to trade out of that 10th pick though.
