BENEFIT FOR

BEREA BASEBALL ASSOCIATION TRAVEL

The Berea Association Travel program  is made up from a collection of All Star Talent from the city of Berea Ohio. Berea is located in the Southwest suburbs of Cleveland and home to Baldwin Wallace College &  the NFL's Cleveland Browns. The team plays in the Cuyahoga Valley Baseball Association league (CVBA). The CVBA was established in 1991 as an organization of community level All Star teams. This organization has helped to provide a higher level of competition than a community level league could provide. It's believed that by having the best players of a community compete with the best of other communities will better prepare these athletes to compete at the High School and College levels. CVBA will continue to exist as long as communities and individuals like you, are interested in providing athletes with a higher level of competition.

What will raised funds go towards?

All Proceeds will go to the Berea Baseball Association Travel (BBAT) Program. The BBAT consist of one team from each age group 8-14 yrs old.

This organization helps provide a higher level of competitive youth baseball than offered at the typical community recreational level. The BBAT believes that by having the best players of a community compete with the best of other communities will better prepare these athletes to compete at the High School and College levels. The programs majority need of financial supports stems from umpire fees which typically range from $80-$90, per game. In most seasons, these expenses alone can reach $6-8,000.00 for the program.
