I've seen articles on yahoo, profootballtalks.com, and cleveland plain dealer about a good possibility of Rogers being traded for a player ( qb, o-line, or a lb ) or two and maybe a pick. Thoughts about this and has anybody else heard about it, or someone knows a bit more about whats going on with this.

Its more speculation than anything yet. No teams have been reported. I am sure we are looking at the possibilities. If he does id imagine it happens before the draft.

On a side note i know he got hurt for the year in camp, but whats going with Daven Holly?

Good Question on Holly , he looked like he was gonna start before his injury. He could be a good sleeper cb if he comes back.

he is out of football I believe. He was an RFA for us in 08. We tendered him then he "blowed out" his knees. He signed it the day after it happened. So he went to IR for year and now is a UFA since last year

I think hes how we get our QB... Just look at the draft. DT's have a lot of value in the NFL

I was hoping we trade him and swap 1st with philly for McNabb but if we can get a 2nd for him Id be down.
I think hes got 2 or 3 good years in him but his salary plus the performance of Rubin make him expendable. |
