With regards to using fear, there was plenty of both sides. It was a dirty fight. Turkey has been applying to join since before I was born. There is a list of around 30-35 criteria for a country to meet before they can join, and Turkey in the last thirty years has met one. One. There's no prospect of Turkey joining the EU any time soon. Anyway, the point is moot, lunacy has won the day, and for the first time ever, I am ashamed of my country. Blackest day, really? The truth is, as I posted, leaving the EU is necessary for GB's soveriegnty, control over immigration, their security from terrorism as far as immigration, and several other great things about leaving a globalist big brother gov experiment. The experiment at control is failing, and GB smartly abandoned ship. About 5 other countries are probaby considering having a vote to leave. The EU is as much a clusterfook as the UN. Collective globalist control for dollars. Liberals are like the Star Trek Borg - they all are so sissy they want to be assimilated and be controlled - they feel so powerful, but they are just as evil and heartless, the mindless socialist utopian sumbeitches. Imagine if we were 50 independent states and just recently decided to become United. I would imagine it would be hard feelings among some of the bigger more productive States and those who over spend themselves into bankruptcy and the dirt poor states. It's not hard to imagine that somebody might want to opt out. And the liberal opposition will use words like hate fear and racism to describe those who are self-sufficient.
