While I wouldn't have nominated the guy for labor sec..... the thing about higgardly was, she knew he was guilty the prosecution had the evidence to convict, and she laughed about how she got him acquitted or something. If anything its worse because he had a choice...what some of u dont understand about our legal system is that a def attorney can be held liable in civil court if they knowingly didnt persue an advantage that would have gotten their client off EVEN if they personally knew the guy was guilty.
