It looks like they are going after him for refusing to show up for a congressional hearing after being subpoenaed. If that is the case he should be prosecuted IMO. Clinton was guilty of mishandling classified information. Dead to rights guilty. By having classified information on an unsecured private server we have no idea how much damage was done to our national security. When Comey said he couldn't find any criminal intent that was not even relevant. Intent was not required for this crime. Trey Gowdy also showed how very few criminals declare intent. The intent is shown by their actions.
