handcuff him to bill o'reilly for a year. if he doesn't die of boredom at least you know he's not getting laid or smoking trees.

... too busy passing Billo the "muther-fucking iced tea"...

arghh......so, if that comes true, then this whole season will just be one massive non stop never ending Johnny and Josh media frenzy.....

Im already sick of him and his problems..... If he drags us through a whole year of this drama, then he IS a completely selfish asshole.....

And if he was on another team or a just crappy player, ALL OF YOU would say the same......

But he isn't a crappy player. And if the team goes to the playoffs on the back of another Josh Gordon 1600+ yard, 9+ TD Season, then you'll be singing a different tune.

I don't trust him but it really costs us nothing to ride it out. My bigger concern is that he was a flash in the pan and like Peyton Hillis about to take a step down in productivity.

But unless we are taking a big cap it why not keep him on a flier?

WSS

Ive never heard that concern.... From anyone. Dude is a beast and sometimes completely unguardable

And another thing. All these Cris Carter comparisons I'm hearing on eBSpn are fucking dumb.

I'm guessing you caught his phone in to NFL Live today. Chris had Trey Wingo wishing he'd taken the day off...

We'll see what happens, but could he go to the CFL until the air clears (LOL), then come back to the NFL in the future, or would his contract prohibit that?

With talent like JR's I think the Browns will do anything and everything to help him do the next right thing. Life coaches, personal trainers, chefs...anything. Lets hope he doesn't pull a Justin Blackmon

by allowing his substance usage to speed up his journey to the bottom...whatever that may be.

And another thing. All these Cris Carter comparisons I'm hearing on eBSpn are fucking dumb. The dude was using coke and amphetamines while Josh is smoking pot (or being around it like an idiot). Josh needs a fucking father not a drug counselor

Not necessarily relevant to Josh and this suspension BUT the inability to discontinue smoking weed at the expense of a multi million dollar career is no less of an addiction issue than that of coke or amphetamines. Think about it, if its not an addictive behavior issue noone would risk it like that.

I would rather pull my own fingernails out with a pair of pliers than listen to Cris Carter speak.

Josh needs to have a serious talk with Tyrann Mathieu. Three years ago Mathieu was where Josh

is today. Gordon is 23. HB is proof that you can reattain your focus and grow up and have a shot

at a productive career.

If it isn't costing the Browns anything, why not keep him around. Just make it clear that the next fuck-up

we will wash our hands of you.

He is a disturbed fuckwad! If someone offered you a job and agreed to pay you a HUGE amount of money but you signed a contract agreeing not to wear blue shirts......and you keep showing up for work wearing blue shirts.........you're an idiot. But I see why you sympathize with him.......you actually believe, week after week, that the Browns are a good football team.

He was just sitting next to someone wearing a blue shirt. Second-hand shirt.

No way in hell.

Shah! Way!

Didn't see that. Elaborate

Carter was so wrapped up in what he had to say that he misheard and acted offended by an entire series of questions Wingo asked.

He hasn't looked very good during the preseason.

He played decent in game one but by game two seemed preoccupied... for some reason...

So because you dont want to be subjected to nfl drama the guy shouldn't do everything in his power to preserve his career? Who is the selfish one?
