I think you have to be a real helmet head to get yourself arrested in San Fran. I would be interested to see if Asians in San Fran were arrested at a much lower rate than whites there. You could probably make a strong distinction across financial backgrounds, and how that works into race. Again, I don't think it is all some sort of prejudice, but it can't help.
