Well, the links don't take me to a video, but that might be on my end.

 

Salon did post an article (by a guest writer) about how he was a pedofile though, from last year. At no point does he ask to molest kids (admits its wrong) and I saw no attempt for it to he the next civil rights movement.

Did he say that incident caused him pain?

 

It seemed more that he doesn't go after kids because he knows it's wrong and he knows they could never psychologically match his feelings back

The hard right thinks being Gay is a choice, so they'll never come around to the idea that people may be attracted to children and can't control it.

 

Not saying that pedophiles aren't sick people, but at least this guy is not an offender and is helping other sickos or whatever.

So this guy is actually kind of stand up thrn? Like he knows his shit is wrong so he took himself away from children. Now compare that self restraint with catholic priests who actively petitioned to be amongst the youngins snd one might begin to get a little angry. How dare the blaze or whatever rag this came from, convulute this story into something that is pro pedophilia. If this is true what you guys just said, i dunno since i havent read the orig salon piece....but if ur right the term morally bankrupt doesnt begon to do justice to what the people at the blaze are

To be fair I would admit there's a big difference between two grown men being attracted to each other versus a grown man who's attracted to children.

 

But I didn't see the salon article mention anything about LGBT or make any comparisons

The APA said it was a mistake and they meant "sexual interest" and not "sexual orientation" - they corrected it almost immediately but many news outlets jumped on it right away, conservative outlets jumping on "liberals giving pedophiles rights"

But Cal posted his google search guys, so he must be right. Obviously Constitution.com is correct, and someone from Salon wrote an article asking for pedofiles to be the next civil rights movement. No need to check up on any of that thought. Definitely true.
