Do you think that Hue Jackson will be committed to playing RGIII when he comes off IR? I don't think he should, but he very well may. From all the observations I have seen, in one regular season game, in the preseason, and in the last couple of years in DC, RGIII does not have "IT" to be a first rate starting QB in the NFL. He might be a reasonably adequate backup at most....and if the Browns keep him, that is what he should be, a backup....to McCown....or our next "Franchise" QB .....ggghh. 2. Who will be the Browns starting QB at seasons end? If he is healthy it will be McCown. Unlikely to be healthy. Hogan is a possible bet. What baffles me is what is it about Hogan that was so bad that the Chiefs would dump him after taking him in the 5th round #192. Or were they just trying to sneak him through waivers hoping no one would claim him but in actuality they wanted to keep him for their PS. Browns blew that scenario up. Good for us. If Browns had taken Hogan in lieu of Kessler in round 3, not many eyebrows may have been raised as they were with Smoothie. Most rankings had Hogan rated ahead of Kessler. 3. Are the Rams worse than the Browns? They very well may be. Just exactly what good players do they have that the Browns don't have. They have Aaron Donald. (but we have Joe Thomas). I look at their depth chart and see no more talent on it than the Browns. You might think Gurley could be better...but the combo of Crow and Duke can match up there. I think it is nip and tuck. They lost worse to a worse team than the Browns lost to in week 1. 4. Beyond the Browns, what team/player impressed you the most in NFL week 1? Drew Brees still impresses at his age being able to throw for over 400 yards a game, even in a loss. The Steelers simply got asshole lucky with A. Brown. 6th round out of Central Mich. Fucking Goober lucky. But, even more impressive is AJ Green. 12 catches for 187 yards. 5. Jim Harbaugh was caught eating a booger on the sidelines. That team has no more talent than the Browns. Only perhaps on their DL do they have a unit that is better than the Browns....and, of course,that is not saying much. If it's one of the rookies and they haven't completely shit the bed, no. 2) Probably one of the rookies. 3) As a team, possibly. From a talent stand point, absolutely not. 4) The team that impressed me the most was the Wes Mantooth's of League 1 fame.
