I don't know how many pro wrestling fans we have around but I've had this conversation in many different circles. So how about it? Who are your favorites of all time? Mine are:

1. Ric Flair

2. Macho Man Randy Savage

3. The Rock

4. Stone Cold Steve Austin

5. Sting

6. The Ultimate Warrior

7. Mr. Perfect (Curt Henning)

8. Ravishing Rick Rude

9. Bret the Hitman Hart

10. Shawn Michaels

Honorable Mentions:

1. The Undertaker

2. Kurt Angle

3. Jeff Jarrett

4. Jeff Hardy

5. Hulk Hogan

I'm also a fan of Roman Greco and Freestyle wrestling. The only real wrestler I mentioned was Kurt Angle who won a gold medal in the 1996 Olympics. I also like Dan Gable as a wrestler and wrestling coach. I've trained with Jason Kelly who works with America Top Team. I'm a huge Jordan Burroughs fan.

I love the actual sport too. It's just that I've followed "pro" wrestling or sports entertainment since a kid. Just trying to spark some kind of other conversation, other than the Browns or Politics as both can get to be mighty depressing at times.

Joe "the idiot" Schmo, oh wait that's the average fan that pays for this stuff.

Sorry I'm not a fan.

I get it Marcus. The guy that says "only an idiot can like to wrestling" can lick my nuts. I also watch MMA and some boxing for what it's worth. All these things have entertainment value.

Nope I'll leave that to the wrasslers and their groupies.

Seriously though if you like big roided up guys doing airborne choreographed fake stunts on a loose mat that makes extra noise that's fine it's just not for me.

Are they big and strong guys, hell yes, is it fake, hell yes.

And I'm a big boxing fan too.

Fake isn't the point. It's a story being told. Movies are fake. TV is fake. "Reality" shows are fake. Get over yourself.

Yes no doubt it is entertainment and quite popular and financially successful too.

Not bad.

You find me a boxing match or an MMA fight more dramatic and entertaining than HBK v Undertaker @ Wrestlemania 25 and we'll talk

Boxing lately hasn't been like in the real glory days when everyone even if they weren't big fans knew most of the big boxers names, not so much now.

And I believe a lot of younger kids are looking at MMA maybe over traditional boxing.

There's been some entertaining MMA fights but in the end nothing like that

So does anybody believe Clint Eastwood ever really shot anybody with a 44 Magnum?

One of the best matches of all time. I put it slightly over the iron man match between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart. In a distant third would be Savage v Hogan @ Wrestlemania V. I put it over Savage and Steamboat because Savage had to carry Hogan all match long.
