miktoxic Posted July 27, 2014 Report Share Posted July 27, 2014 SF RB and CAR RB out for year from ACLs. ouch. i heard pettine in his first TC presser friday about his philosophy in practice that he learned from billick and ryan that he's not the type of coach to kill guys in practice because he understands (learning from his mentors) that it's a 16 game season and they need to think about longevity and the health and strength of the guys not only in the first game but in the last. hopefully that translates to fewer injuries. may the football gods watch over the browns this year and always. I think Trent will be a really good if not great runningback. I would love to have him playing with Manziel and Cameron, Gordon and this new and improved Offensive line. We pretty much traded Trent for Manziel. Getting the Franchise QB is better than getting an Adrian Peterson. But, man if we had both those guys...
