Bob806
Lol...yes it's way too early. I, for one, hope we can talk about an improved Browns team instead of prospects.

The Gipper
As I noted elsewhere....last year at this time people thought Christian Hackenberg would be like the #1 overall pick. A lot can change after a football season.
D Bone
As I noted elsewhere....last year at this time people thought Christian Hackenberg would be like the #1 overall pick. A lot can change after a football season. Hell, at the end of this year's BCS Champ game, who even heard of Wentz? Oh sure, maybe a few guys who live and breathe all 10,000 college football players around the country knew who he was, but the avg Joe college football fan did not. Then suddenly, faster than the drool of shit that falls out of ViennaKnobSlobberer's mouth, Wentz was the new bestest QB in the history of the game...... L M A O @ most everyone. PoeticG
I'm excited about 2 more first rounders next draft. Plus, hoping we trade down again and pick up more the following draft. For the last 2 drafts we have picked up a lot of good players, let's keep doing that and soon we'll be the toast of the league. The Browns though, are going to have an excellent year. Let's hope that the Eagles choke badly to the tune of the worst record in the NFL and we somehow manage to win the Superbowl. Win/Win situation. Interesting Trivia Question: Has a team that won the Championship ever had the #1 pick in the draft the following year...even going back to 1936? I don't know the answer, would have to check it out. Clevfan4life
Why anyone would even tslk about next years draft.,...as if any of these rankings mean shit. If theres a playet that didnt come out this year that someone says hey i hope the browns can get this guy, thats one thing. Mocking up entire rounds right now is a level of sports obsessive fgtry that is beyond my level of comprehension
The Gipper
Speaking of drafts.....do you notice that no one is talking about what the Cavs will do in their draft this year. When Oh When are we going to get to that point with the Browns drafts?
Zombo
Speaking of drafts.....do you notice that no one is talking about what the Cavs will do in their draft this year. When Oh When are we going to get to that point with the Browns drafts? Well, it's a different animal in the NBA ... if you are drafting 30th, that's like getting a sixth rounder. Assuredly, Bronco's fans, Patriots fans, Panther fans ... are talking about their draft. Z

Clevfan4life
Oh goddamn not another mock draft again. I hear there's a kid playing D2 on Mars that might be a real steal in the later rounds.
One Post
I hear there's a kid playing D2 on Mars that might be a real steal in the later rounds. Well maybe if not in the late rds we can pick up another UDFA. Diamonds in the rough.
The Gipper
Interesting Trivia Question: Has a team that won the Championship ever had the #1 pick in the draft the following year...even going back to 1936? I don't know the answer, would have to check it out. Here is the answer to this. It has happened 4 times....but early on: 1940 Bears win title, 1941 Bears have #1 pick and select Tom Harmon 1946 Bears win title, 1947 Bears have #1 pick and select Bob Fenimore 1948 Eagles win title, 1949 Eagles have #1 pick and select Chuck Bednarik 1951 Rams win title, 1952 Rams have #1 pick and select Bill Wade That is the last time this happened. Not sure what it was about the draft system then that allowed the Champion to get the #1 pick those years.
