All time All Team Draft per 2015 order

Here is an interesting exercise....at least it was for me. I have taken the 2015 draft order and I listed have the Best player in history that that particular team has chosen at that particular slot. The best example of this is explained in the very first entry, where the Tampa Bay Bucs have the #1 pick. Who has that team chosen in the past when they have had the #1 pick, and this list tells you. Another example....the Browns have #12 overall....who in the past is the best player they have taken at #12 overall. So, here is the list.

There are a few teams that have never made a choice at the slot they have this year, and I will point those out:
