He can throw deep and is much more improved than he used to be. He had that one great season then fizzled out. But sitting behind Cam and even playing well in his absence. It would take a lot more than a 2nd round pick to get a teams back up mid season. You clearly don't watch much football. And you clearly don't watch much of the Browns.
