The cunts didn't take into account that some of the names and addresses were of women who got the permit to protect them from abusive ex spouses/boyfriends. First of all, although I have no proof, I'd bet career criminals aren't, on average, reading the newspaper much. Second most burglaries happen when you're not home. There have been incidents where obituaries led to home invasions.... They'll know where to go for guns, and/or where to go where guns aren't. If you're so worried somebody is going to burglarize your precious gun you'd lock it on a gun safe and get a security system and have a contact put on your gun safe. Statistically security systems are much better at preventing burglaries than guns because most burglaries occur when the home owner is not there. If you're not there a gun is utterly fucking useless.
