Ohio State Heisman odds

So basically any OSU QB would be among the top 2-3, but they don't know which is going to start?

Yea, FYI, in case you didn't get this info across the pond, Ohio State's QB for the previous two years was Braxton Miller, and he was 2 time Big Ten Offensive player of the year...and a top Heisman Trophy candidate. (the Heisman being the most prestigious award in college football.....actually perhaps the most prestigious award in all of American sports). But he went down with a should injury for the season before the first game. They elevated JT Barrett from 2d string, and he led the Buckeyes to an 11-1 record....and was an outstanding performer.....and became a possible Heisman candidate. (he did not make the top 3 but it was close...he may have been top 5.) But....HE went down with a broken ankle against Michigan, and third stringer Cardale Jones stepped in. And of course all he did was start and win the Big Ten Championship game against Wisconsin 59-0. Then in the College football playoffs he helped defeat the team considered #1 Alabama, then he won the National Championship game vs. Oregon. The Buckeyes were underdogs in those games, but they won handily each time.

So....now we have 2 Heisman trophy candidates and a guy that all he did was win the National Championship.

Yes, quite a competition.

There are about 130 other FBS level schools that would probably like any of them starting for their team.

.... 130? ....

Maybe 120. There are 128 FBS schools. Maybe 8 of them have a QB that is better than the OSU trio. Maybe.

Here is an article about returning FBS QBs. See who you think is any good in there:

Here is WalterFootball's 2016 projected draft:

They figure that the Big Ten will be the leader in college football when it comes to pro QBs. They have 3 QBs going in the first round: Cardale Jones OSU, Christian Hackenberg PSU, and Connor Cook MSU. All Big Ten guys.

They have Bosa as #1 overall, Jones #3, EZEE #16.
