There is a difference between states rights, and fed insistence on individual God-given Rights. It's asinine to believe that we lose our 1st or 2nd Amendments, for just two examples.... to a rogue state that outlaws them. Obviously, weed is a subjective business. There is no legit aspect of immoral anything about color of skin or gender. people come in different colors and two genders, male and female. the behavior of discriminating against either is wrong/illegal/abhorrent. gays, trans whatevers...have the same fundamental rights. We all have those same fundamental, God-given rights. The left wants to encourage the fringes of society to get fascist rights - the right to force others to change definitions of words/institutions that are legit, like Real Marriage....they want them to have the right to intimidate, force out of business, harrass and delegitimize. It's a sick movement of political, legal and immoral tyranny. I believe the left has crossed that line by so much a distance, that there isn't any going back for them...and Real America, even the liberal part of Real America...has stopped believing their nonsense.
