Was watching CNN, and when they put up pics of the folks who died this year, hard to beat the sheer number who didn't make it out of this year. From Alan Rickman to ZsaZsa. Carrie Fisher-and now her Mom Debbie Reynolds. Not to mention Kenny Baker (R2D2 ) Gene Wilder. Musicians took it especially heavy. Bowie- Glen Frey- Leonard Cohen-Leon Russell-Merle Haggard-Keith Emerson- Prince- George Michael. Sports World lost some all time greats, Muhammad Ali- Arnold Palmer.-Gordie Howe, Ohio's John Glenn from the Space program. Maybe a guy you wanted to see dead from the political world Fidel Castro. I met Will Smith in his last season in Columbus. He was looking for a pair of shoes as a Xmas Present for his soon to be wife...One Big dUDE!! Wife's shoe size 12.5. Still sticks in my head as we joked about it with his huge feet.
