Canton Mike
Today, we lost the man who has done more for the great game of golf than anyone before or since. I know that watching him play got me started in the game. He was my "idol" in golf from the beginning & remained my "idol" as long as I played. This is a day of great loss. RIP Arnold. One Post
Yes Arnold Palmer will surely be missed. He had a long good life and from what I remember he was always a good guy. If the younger golfers behind him in years could be like him the sport of golf wouldn't have Ricky Fowler tight pants on with the matching ball cap. It wouldn't have a sex addict admitting he had affairs with numerous women while she sat at home. It wouldnt be ok for some to smoke on the course.
