Condoleeza Rice was the national security advisor then SoS during the worst terrorist attack in US history, through some of the worst foreign policy blunders any administration has ever made. --- And besides, Trump doesn't do things like hire a woman for the sake of hiring a woman - he hires the best person for the job.
