Schilling shared a meme on Facebook that clearly showed he was against transgender individuals using bathrooms against their biological sex. The legendary pitcher was fired over the post with ESPN saying, “Curt Schilling has been advised that his conduct was unacceptable and his employment with ESPN has been terminated,” The former Red Sox pitcher has been very open about his conservative views in the past. He was previously suspended by ESPN for comparing ISIS to the Nazis ESPN might have no problem getting rid of conservative pundits, but the network has tolerated extreme liberal positions in the past without firing anybody. Transgender activists say that no transgendered individual has ever assaulted anyone in the history of ever. Media Matters likes to claim that the idea of a transgendered bathroom predator has been debunked, because a group of people said so on the Daily Show…you know…the comedy news program. Trouble is, while transgendered people in particular might not be sexual offenders, there are plenty of people out there who would take advantage of a law that would allow men into women’s restrooms. I know that, because with a quick Google search, I was spoiled for choice on story after story of a man being busted for spying on women in the bathroom, some of them even claiming transgenderism. In fact, here are just four examples that happened recently: Man Strips In Women’s Restroom, Says New Transgender Rules Make It Totally Legal Just a few weeks after Washington implemented new regulations allowing people to choose their restroom based on their selected “gender identity,” the state has encountered its first case of a man using the law to justify his use of a women’s restroom. According to Seattle television station KREM, Seattle Parks and Recreation is trying to figure out what to do after a man walked into the women’s locker room at a public pool Feb. 8 and began undressing. Several women were appalled and summoned staff, who told the man he had to leave. But the man said the law was on his side. “The law has changed and I have a right to be here,” the man said, according to eyewitnesses. The man apparently gave no indication, physical, verbal, or otherwise that he identifies or lives as a woman. Eventually he left, only to return later when young girls were changing their clothes for swim practice. The police were never called and the unknown man was never arrested.
