One Post Posted February 28, 2016 Author Report Share Posted February 28, 2016 I've been thinking about asking my doctor to switch my meds to something other than the 2000 mg's of Metformin plus 6 mg's of Glimepiride. I've been a type 2 for 8 years, and I'm currently running an A1C of 7.7. You guys keep me posted on how Invokana and Victoza are working out for you. Three weeks of Victoza and I'm doing fine! One Post Posted March 31, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 31, 2016 My bsl ran a little high... Around 142 all day. I sipped on mt. Dew to keep my sugar up. By the time I got off work I was beat but got er did. So... If you have the diabetis and the flu keep taking your insulin. Your bsl will run high so don't trip.
