ah. that is saying kizer, jarrett, peppers and njoku are signed, too?

Not yet, cal... working our way up to the "biggies"...

I think I jumped the proverbial gun on Brantley. He like the ones you listed are not signed, but their salaries and contract lengths are "set" by the CBA and thus can be listed minus the guaranteed amounts which are negotiable.

Pretty sure those details come to OTC from the league office.

Mentioned it before Tour. Kizer's contract is so (relatively) cheap- it won't preclude us swinging for the fences for a qb in 2018.

ah, my bad. Just wishful thinking on my part, apparently. The impact on the Browns is going to be huge. Reinforced roster all across the board.

Garrett

My question would be does he have to pay Ohio state income tax or can he maintain his residence is still Texas which has no income tax?

Since this is all the case...why is there delay in getting contracts signe? Are there the ubiquitous "offset language" issues?

The dominoes can begin to fall now that #1 has set the market. Now we need 24 to sign.

This ain't the military where you can name a "home state"... ;)

He's "working" in Ohio, so that sets him up to pay Ohio's Income tax. If it's still like it was in the 60's, then Cleveland will get a nibble as well.

Brantley signed...

Details of contracts for Garrett, Ogun and Zane are out.

I wonder if MG's fully guaranteed contract will create issues with either of our other two 1st-rounders?
