I think I jumped the proverbial gun on Brantley. He like the ones you listed are not signed, but their salaries and contract lengths are "set" by the CBA and thus can be listed minus the guaranteed amounts which are negotiable. Pretty sure those details come to OTC from the league office. This ain't the military where you can name a "home state"... He's "working" in Ohio, so that sets him up to pay Ohio's Income tax.
